As an undersized fourteen year-old, I started lifting weights in my garage to get stronger, improve my self-esteem, and to become a better baseball player.  I was amazed to see the transformation that came from consistency and hard work.  Wanting to share my new passion with others, I soon began organizing training sessions for my baseball teammates… ​

Working 20+ years in the sports business, at the same time pursuing my own personal training, I have been fortunate to experience and have gained knowledge from a diverse group of elite coaches, athletes, training partners, and gym owners on both sides of the globe.

I enjoy taking advantage of all the active and athletic opportunities that Central Oregon offers:  skiing, biking, hiking, climbing, paddling, golfing, fishing, etc.  I want to perform these activities as strong as I can and for as long as I can.  That’s why I continue to train every day, focusing on functional strength and conditioning.  I am grateful for the opporunity to share with the Bend and Central Oregon commmunity my knowledge and passion for training, and my garage gym.
